TopLink Jobs is a trading name of Ebongest Solutions, which is responsible for this website and your data.

These terms apply to purchases from TopLink Jobs.

The products

Our products are digital files. They are delivered by email after payment. No physical item is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is shown on each product page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. Please do not share, resell or republish it.

Downloads

Your purchase is for personal use. Please don't share or resell the files. Download links work for 30 days (up to 10 downloads). Please save your files; lost files need a new purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final once the download is available, as agreed at checkout. If a file is faulty or won't open, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.

AI Job Pack subscription

The AI Job Pack costs £7.99 a month and renews every month until you cancel. It includes up to 30 AI uses a month (one CV, one statement or one interview practice session each); unused uses don't carry over. You can cancel at any time in your account: you keep the AI tools until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

At checkout you ask for the AI Job Pack to start straight away. The AI results are digital content supplied at once, so you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you use the tools. If the tools don't work, contact us.

We may pause the AI tools for a short time if they are very busy (for example, for the rest of the day). This doesn't use up any of your AI uses.

AI tools

Please check before you send. TopLink Jobs uses AI to help you write your CV, statements and interview answers. AI can make mistakes. It may get details wrong or word things in a way that doesn't fit you. Always read, check and edit everything before you use it, and only include information that is true about you. You are responsible for what you send to employers. TopLink Jobs and Ebongest Solutions cannot guarantee interviews or job offers, and are not responsible for decisions employers make or for losses that come from using AI-written content, as far as the law allows.

Use the AI tools only for your own job applications, and only with information that is true about you. Job adverts on TopLink Jobs come from Adzuna and from employers; we don't check them, and you apply on the employer's own site.
