Privacy Policy

TopLink Jobs is a trading name of Ebongest Solutions, which is responsible for this website and your data.

This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit this site or buy a product.

What we collect

When you buy, we receive your email address and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your email address to send your download link and to help you with your purchase.

If you buy something as a gift, we store the recipient's name and email address only to deliver the gift.

If you ask to be told when a product launches, we store your email address only to send that one launch email.

If you sign up for job alerts, we store your email address and the search you made (job, town, job type) only to send you matching jobs. You can stop them at any time.

Jobs you save or track in My applications (and the status and dates you give them) are kept on your own device. If you sign in, we also keep them with your account so they show on your other devices, and we email you one reminder to follow up 7 days after you mark a job Applied. Job adverts come from Adzuna; when you apply, you go to the employer's or agency's own site, and their privacy policy applies there.

If you report a job, we keep the job, the reason and your note (and a scrambled form of your connection's address, only to stop repeated reports), and email them to our team. Don't put personal details in the note.

The job check uses public registers: GOV.UK's register of licensed sponsors, Companies House and the Care Quality Commission. We look up the employer's name only, never anything about you.

Your account

You only need an account for the AI Job Pack and to keep My applications on every device. We store your email address, when you ticked "I understand" before using the AI tools, and your subscription status. Stripe handles the payments; we never see your card details.

AI tools (AI Job Pack)

When you use an AI tool, what you give it (your CV, the job advert, a person specification, your notes or your interview answers) is sent to Anthropic, whose Claude AI writes the result. Anthropic processes it for us, only to provide the tool, and does not use it to train its AI. Please don't include things the tool doesn't need, such as health details, your date of birth or your National Insurance number.

We keep your CV text, the advert and the AI's result for 30 days, so you can come back to them and reuse your CV, and then delete them automatically. You can delete them at any time with "Delete my data" on your account page. We also keep a record of each AI use (the date, which tool and how many words it used, but none of the text) for 13 months, to apply the monthly limit and for our accounts.

We use this information only to run the AI tools. We never sell it or use it for advertising. When you upload a CV file, we read the text out of it and don't keep the file.

Cookies and advertising

Ebongest Solutions uses cookies only to measure how our ads perform. If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta about page views, product views, checkout starts and purchases (the product, price and an order reference). We never send Meta your email address, your name or any gift details. If you reject, the Pixel is not loaded and nothing is tracked.

We remember your choice in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (order records and file storage), Google (email), Netlify (hosting) and Meta (advertising measurement, only with your consent). For TopLink Jobs we also use Adzuna (job adverts), Supabase for sign-in, Anthropic (the AI tools), and public registers from GOV.UK, Companies House and the Care Quality Commission (the job check).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can delete your AI tool data yourself on your account page.
